Further plus points are its temperature-resistance (from -30°C to +90°C) in combination with a mixture of polychloroprene and rubber fibres in the base compound and the special moulded cogs, adjusted to the relevant belt section. The possibility of transmitting, with optibelt SUPER X-POWER, a power that is up to 15% higher than with optibelt SUPER TX V-belts results in savings in respect to weight and space and in considerable cost reductions.

Smooth running is achieved by means of the precision ground flank angles and surface finish of the belts. In particular, the exacting requirements in connection with lathes and grinders and with many systems in the field of special machinery construction are met.
The smallest possible length tolerances are achieved as a result of special production techniques. That is why V-belts of the same length can be combined as one likes. No re-measurement is needed to confirm the belt length. As a result, stockkeeping is reduced and you can cut down on costs.
